Tecnoplastica Perletti Srl was founded in 1994 by Mr.PERLETTI ERMANNO & sons and it is specialized in the technical moulding of thermoplastic for third parties.
The high quality of the items moulded by us is guaranteed by the proprietor's thirty years experience in the sectors of plastics and rubber; moreover the quality is guaranteed by the certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 archieved from October 16 th 2003.
The company's specialized in the production of small home appliances, but it is also well astablished in the textile industry ( replacement parts and equipment); in the field of dental hygiene (toothbrushes, cases and relative accessories, car) and all technical related items.
Where there are items to assemble in rubber, metals or plastics, the Company assumes direct control, making use of support personnel , both for the fitting and assembly of items and for the autonomous supplying of materials and components.
The company has the co-operation of mechanical work shops, which are specialized in the planning of new items and in the modification or production of new moulds.
The company directly follows the production of new moulds, starting from the design supplied by the customers and personally and constantly ensures the proper maintenance of the mould received on loan for use.
The company currently extends over an area of 1800 square m. covered and 1000 square m. uncovered. The machinery comprises: 9 new injetion presses, with a load capacity of 80-500 tons (see attached list), all controlled by microprocessors and set up for quality control direcly in the moulding stage; in addiction the last 3 presses bought are robotised with conveyer belt.
The company owns 2 trucks with a capacity of 12 sq.m. and 18 sq.m.
